Designed by Symphony Acrylic for early learners, our acrylic letters and acrylic numbers are CNC/laser cut from premium PMMA in one piece, then radius-rounded and polished for a silky, snag-free touch. Classroom-safe specs—≥35 mm footprint, 1.5–2 mm corner radii, 3–6 mm thickness—promote safe handling. The material is optically clear, low-odor, and BPA/phthalate-free; an optional matte anti-glare finish performs well on light tables and under bright lighting.
Configure to your program with custom acrylic letters sizes, thicknesses, color coding (vowels/consonants, even/odd), fonts and case, complete A–Z and 0–9 sets with math symbols, plus laser etching, class IDs, chamfered hang holes, storage trays, and teacher kits. EN71/ASTM F963 materials and third-party testing are available on request. Care is simple: wipe with mild soap and a soft cloth; avoid solvents and abrasives. Ideal for phonics and spelling, counting and operations, sequencing/patterns, and light-and-shadow activities.
